Pumpkin Muffins
3 cups almond flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 to 3/4 can of pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey or agave
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

I added chopped pecans. I was tempted to add chocolate chips!
Mix the dry ingredients first, then add the rest. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
